Single Sign On (SSO) Planned Maintenance – minor disruption to sign in services

There is planned maintenance taking place to NHSmail SSO web-based services on Saturday 20th February 2021 between 06:00 and 19:00.
The SSO service is expected to remain available during the maintenance window, but there may be intermittent and transient issues when logging in to Portal, Email web access, Office 365 or other apps that use NHSmail credentials.
Users may see a blank screen or error message, or a delay in receiving a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) token. If this occurs users may need to logout/login again.
Any disruption will be limited to those attempting to sign in and not active sessions/users already signed in.
