Multiple chat functionalities down within Microsoft Teams service

Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Some users who are served through the affected infrastructure may be unable to send and receive chat and channel messages using Microsoft Teams.

Current Update – 18/01/2021 01:28:00 PM: After a period of monitoring it is confirmed that the issue is resolved and service is restored to normal.
