Issue Description: We are aware of an issue whereby some NHSmail users are facing an error while sending emails via smtp from nhs.net accounts.

Current Update – (29/01/2021 19:20) Following extensive monitoring across the platform, the issues experienced when sending emails via smtp from nhs.net accounts has been resolved. We will continue to monitor the platform infrastructure over the coming days and appreciate your patience.
