Issue Description: Some Admins may experience delays provisioning Microsoft Office licences. Impact was specific to a portion of admins attempting to provision Microsoft Office licences.
Current Update – 19/01/2021 10:07:00 AM: A portion of infrastructure has become degraded and wasn’t efficiently processing provisioning requests for Microsoft Office. Analysis of performance data and trends on the affected Microsoft Office provisioning systems was completed and, after a period of monitoring, it is now confirmed that the backlog of requests has been processed remediating the impact.
