Issue Description: We are aware of an issue whereby a small number of NHSmail users are unable to access their emails via OWA.
Current Update – 15/12/2020 11:20 AM: NHSmail engineers have resolved an issue preventing a small number of NHSmail users from being able to access their emails via OWA. This was caused by a change deployed yesterday evening conflicting with specific OWA configuration and has been rolled back. Users may need to clear their cache and cookies before attempting to access their mails via OWA again.
