To avoid users losing their licences, Local Administrators need to update their User Policies to assign licences to users requiring dial-in.
From 31st October 2020, those users who do not have a dial-in licence assigned via a User Policy in the NHSmail Portal will lose the ‘dial-in’ capability for meetings. This includes users who previously had a licence centrally funded by NHSmail as part of the initial rollout of Microsoft Teams.
