Issue Description: We have identified an issue whereby a small number of users are unable to access portal.nhs.net. Users may receive an error message when trying to access the Portal, or experience slowness.

Current Update – 17/09/2020 07:00: Following heightened monitoring overnight Portal Admin performance has remained at expected levels.
