“Error 401” while accessing OWA in Google Chrome

We are aware of an intermittent issue impacting some users using Version 85.0.4183.83 (Official Build) of the Google Chrome browser, Version 87.0.629.0 (Official build) of the Microsoft Edge browser, or who are using the Opera browser to access OWA. UPDATE: On 30/09 an update was applied to OWA to resolve the issue introduced in Chrome Version 85.0.4183.83 (Official Build) on-wards. Users should no longer receive a 401 error.
