Issue Description: Some users are unable to send mail from their nhs.net account to Microsoft related email domains such as Hotmail, Live and Outlook.
Current Update – 18/08/2020 14:35: The NHSmail team have worked with Microsoft who have now resolved the issue regarding mail sent from nhs.net accounts not being successfully delivered to Microsoft email domains such as Hotmail, Live and Outlook. The cause of the issue was due to Microsoft blocking an NHSmail IP at one of our datacentres – this has now been unblocked and traffic is flowing through as expected.
