Planned Maintenance – minor disruption to NHSmail Single Sign On (SSO) service

There is planned maintenance on the NHSmail Single Sign On (SSO) service on Saturday 27June. This may cause minor intermittent disruption to NHSmail SSO services such as the Portal, OWA, Office 365 and other third party apps that utilise NHSmail SSO.

SSO Services may be temporarily disrupted during the change between the hours of 9:00am and 9:00pm.

The service is expected to remain available but there may be intermittent and transient login issues during the change window. This may result in users experiencing blanks screens, MFA issues and error messages when logging in or using NHSmail services. If this occurs users may need to log out and log back in.
