Azure Active Directory (AAD) changes – minor disruption to NHSmail services

There are two AAD planned for this weekend which may cause minor disruption to NHSmail services utilising the Microsoft Azure environment such as Office 365 or Exchange Online. For example, users using Teams or any associated apps may experience a delay when logging into these services. Those users already logged in should not be affected nor should those using the Portal or OWA.

There will not be an outage, however between 02:00 and 03:00 Sunday 7 June there is a possibility that users may not be able to connect to any NHSmail services. However, those users already logged in should not be affected.
