There are some network configuration changes planned for later today which may cause minor disruption to NHSmail services such as the Portal, email and Skype for Business for users accessing via HSCN
There may be an intermittent loss in connectivity during the change window. This may result in users on HSCN experiencing a slow response or a momentary freeze and if connections are dropped users may receive an error message and need to re-try their query or action.
Users accessing via the internet are not expected to be impacted by this work.
