NHSmail SQL Server Failover Test – Notice of minor disruption to NHSmail Portal Administration tools.
To provide assurance of the NHSmail DR capability, a standalone data centre failover test of the SQL Server component is being conducted on the 3rd October 2019 between 20:00 and 22:00.
During this change, users of the NHSmail Portal Administration tools may experience two instances where a loss in connectivity of up to 20 seconds is encountered. Users may also be presented with the ’Something went wrong’ error message until they refresh the web page.
