Issue Description: Users from several organisations have reported intermittent slow performance with OWA and Outlook.
Current Update – 11/09/2019 14:20: Our Support engineers identified an issue with one server displaying higher than Normal CPU usage which caused OWA and Outlook slowness for users residing on the affected server. The issue has now been remediated with users now observing normal OWA and Outlook behaviour.
