Introduction of Dynamic Routing at the NHSmail data centres
There are two network changes planned for Tuesday 30 April 2019 and Thursday 2 May 2019 between the hours of 7:00pm and 11:00pm. There will not be an outage, however there may be a momentary loss in connectivity of around 20 – 40 seconds during the change window.
This may result in users experiencing slow response or a momentary screen freeze and if connections are dropped users may receive an error message and need to re-try their query or action.
