NEW – A subset of users who have been Marked As Leaver via the Portal API — either through the Portal directly (at the time of transition) or via TANsync (Directory Synchronisation) — are not seeing their JLT status updated in ServiceNow. As a result, affected accounts are unable to be joined to a new organisation through Support Hub in the usual way.
