Issue Description
Admins may experience issues when attempting to delete user accounts through the portal. In some cases, the deletion process fails, resulting in incorrect account statuses.
Latest Updates and Guidance:
This is being investigated under problem record PRB0228394.
An automated job has been created to identify users who remain in an active/inactive state in the portal. These users’ statuses will be changed to “deleted,” their user policy will be removed, and the “DateDeleted” field will be updated accordingly.
