We are aware of an issue with Local Administrators (LAs) not being able to access a user’s mobile number in the User Detail page of Portal. When a user selects ‘Hide Mobile’ in their Profile, the mobile should be hidden but accessible to LAs of their organisation for the administration of the NHSmail account.

We request LAs raise a Service Request with the helpdesk (email@example.com) and state the email address of the user that requires an update to their mobile number.
