Issue description

We are aware of an intermittent issue when creating Project Web App SharePoint Sites in Portal. The following error will be thrown:

An exception has occurred.. Created Project Web App <SharePoint Title> File Not Found.

An audit entry will be produced under Portal->Reports->Audits in which the Target Organisation will appear empty.

Latest updates and guidance:

Since this issue is intermittent, we advise users to recreate the SharePoint site in Portal. They can also attempt to recreate using a different or private browser.

If the issue persists, please raise a service request with the helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) providing all required details for the SharePoint creation.
