Issue description
We are aware of an issue that is preventing the Update button from being selected on the User Detail page in Portal. This can be caused by the Notes field exceeding 39 characters.

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0221703.
We request admins reduce the Notes field to less than 40 characters so that they can perform the required changes. They should raise a Service Request with the Helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) if they experience any further issues.
