On the left navigation bar of Microsoft Teams, clicking on the three dots (…) and type in Viva Learning on the search bar. Then, select the Viva Learning icon and the app will appear within Teams.
No add-on license will be required for Viva Learning to view/use the content as part of NHSmail Academy as long as you have the E3/National license (license users have as part of NHSmail).
LinkedIn offers free and paid courses via Viva learning. Users will require a LinkedIn premium license to access those paid courses and their LinkedIn account username must be their @nhs.net email address.
Even though some apps (e.g. Excel 2010) are not supported by Microsoft anymore, some of these are still being used by people and organisations around the world.

While Viva Learning currently does not have a direct feature for downloading certificates, if you have completed a course that offers a certificate, it may be available through the content provider’s platform (e.g. For courses from LinkedIn Learning, any certificates would be managed through LinkedIn Learning’s own system)

Unfortunately, Viva Learning primarily offers self-directed learning opportunities. While Viva Learning itself does not provide a built-in buddy system, your organisation can create a supportive learning environment for neurodiverse individuals by fostering learning communities, e.g. sharing courses with your team members to encourage course completion.
