Issue Summary: Intune OneDrive Sync Issue

Description: We are aware of an issue preventing OneDrive file syncing on Windows 365 devices managed via Intune on the platform.

Final Update: 09/06/2026 09:45:00AM –A fix to address the impact identified yesterday whereby end users were not be able to sync files and folders between their Windows 365 Cloud PC devices and One Drive was deployed yesterday evening. Testing was fully successful and initial indications suggest that the issue is now resolved.

Members of the Intune engineering team are engaging with users who raised tickets directly for validation ahead of ticket closure.
