Introducing NHS.net Connect

This article provides an overview of NHS.net Connect. NHS.net Connect is the new name for NHSmail, but it is more than just a name change. The Service also introduces a new platform which all organisations will migrate to. The platform will retain all current functionality, alongside introducing a suite of exciting new features.

From NHSmail to NHS.net Connect

Over the years, NHSmail has been a key tool for NHS communication and collaboration, supporting patient care with numerous functions beyond just email. The term ‘NHSmail’ no longer fully represents its complete capabilities which is why NHSmail is now evolving into NHS.net Connect.

NHS.net Connect is an improved version of the Service you use currently, introducing new tools to give organisations greater flexibility, control and support. We are confident that NHS.net Connect will play a key role in transforming how you work and collaborate, setting the stage for even greater success in the years ahead.

What will the new Service look like?

Alongside core services, NHS.net Connect introduces a brand-new public facing landing page and four new, interconnected Hubs to improve efficiency, connectivity, and innovation.
