Issue Description
Upon clicking the “Enable” button for a disabled account, a green growl notification stating, ‘Enable mailbox for UPN failed’ appears for the action however, a red growl MailTip error also appears stating “Exception has been occurred.” The account status changes to “Enabling” but then reverts to “Disabled”.

If the error occurs while enabling the account, please raise a ticket with the helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net).
The helpdesk team will run the account checker on the affected account to identify and fix the issue. Once the account is fixed, it can be enabled through the Portal.
