Issue Description
We are aware of an issue when Local Administrators generate the Mover / Leaver report for all the organisations they administer. They are directed to a blank page and the report does not download.

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0203777.
We request Local Administrators generate the report per organisation and raise a service request with the helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) if they experience any further issues. We apologise for the inconvenience.
