RESOLVED – We are aware of an issue impacting users trying to assign licenses within a specific user policy. This issue is impacting all licences within that user policy due to an oversubscribed license. Ongoing effort to investigate root cause and provide resolution.

ONGOING – We are aware of an issue where users are receiving an error “Redirect Failed” when trying to navigate from portal.nhs.net to their email (outlook.office.com). Engineers are investigating and an update will be provided as soon as possible.
