Issue Description: We are aware of an issue affecting a small number of recently migrated organisations, where some Local Administrators may have limited access to Admin Hub functionality. The Admin Hub service remains available; however, a subset of admin accounts may not have all permissions applied as expected. We are working with our supplier to investigate the cause and are actively remediating affected admin accounts to restore full access.
If you are a Local Administrator and believe your Admin Hub access is incomplete, please raise a ticket via Support Hub so this can be investigated.
Final Update: 24/03/2026 09:00 AM: Mitigative steps have been taken overnight and the impact of the issue has been fully resolved. All missing permissions have now been applied. We will continue to work with our supplier to understand the underlying root cause and to prevent recurrence going forward. Thank you for your patience.
