Issue Description: Some users may be unable to receive responses in Microsoft Copilot Chat

Current Update: 10/09/2026 10:23:00 AM – Microsoft’s are investigating an issue in which some users may receive a “Something went wrong” error message when using Copilot Chat. They have identified a potential service availability issue within a dependent component and are validating the relationship between this event, to help determine the underlying cause and appropriate next steps for remediation.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users attempting to use Copilot Chat.
