Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: Users are unable to create new Adobe Analytics connectors in Power BI.

More info: This issue may also impact existing Adobe Analytics connectors if users’ sessions have expired and they need to sign back in.

To work around impact while we address the issue, users can use Dataflows GetData to create a new connection and use it with Semantic Model.

Current Update: 10/09/2026 10:07:00 AM – Microsoft’s are working on their fix to update the endpoint to the new API version to remediate impact, and they are working to confirm a timeline for a fix deployment and impact remediation.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and any user attempting to create or sign into Adobe Analytics connectors are impacted.

Root cause: A recent migration of connector infrastructure to utilize updated endpoints didn’t update the endpoints used when testing connections, which occurs when creating new connections or signing in to existing connections. As a result, a deprecated endpoint was used for this operation, resulting in failures and impact.
