Issue Description: Users may be unable to open Semantic Models in Microsoft Fabric.

Final Update: 08/09/2026 08:46:00 AM – Microsoft has determined that a recent configuration update inadvertently conflicted with existing settings and resulted in impact. After reverting the update, they have confirmed that impact has been remediated after carefully monitoring the environment.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to users in the United Kingdom region attempting to open Semantic Models in Microsoft Fabric.
