Issue Description: Users attempting to view their Microsoft Teams contact lists may experience latency.

Current Update: 28/08/2026 08:38:00 AM – Microsoft has determined that a recent service update to improve the user interface of Microsoft Teams contact lists contained a code regression and is resulting in impact. They have developed a fix to correct the offending code regression, and they anticipate that the deployment process will begin prior to their next scheduled update, at which point they expect that a remediation timeline will be provided.

Scope of impact: Some users who are attempting to view their Microsoft Teams contact lists may be affected. This information may be updated as our investigation continues.

Root cause: A recent service update to improve the user interface of Microsoft Teams contact lists contained a code regression and is resulting in impact.
