Information – DLP Violation Notification (14 August) – No Action Required

Dear Local Administrators,

If you received an automated email last night advising that your Power Automate flow had been disabled due to a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policy violation, please be assured that no action is required on your part.

This notification was triggered during a brief transition window as part of a planned change to Power Platform DLP policies (implemented on the evening of 13 August). All affected flows were automatically re-enabled immediately afterwards and are functioning normally.

Microsoft does not issue a follow-up notification to confirm when a flow has been re-enabled, so you may not have received any further update. If you would like to verify that your flow is active, you can check its status directly within Power Automate.

We apologise for any concern this notification may have caused. If your flow appears to still be disabled, please raise a ticket with the Service Desk.
