Issue Description: Users may have been unable to access Plan artifacts and PowerTable sheets within shared reports in Microsoft Fabric.

Current Update: 03/08/2026 03:58:00 PM – Microsoft’s has determined that a recently deployed feature update meant to introduce connection validations may have prevented some users from accessing Plan artifacts and PowerTable sheets within shared reports in Microsoft Fabric. They have disabled this feature update and confirmed using their internal telemetry data that impact is remediated.
