Description: Information relating to permissions and members of shared mailboxes may be unavailable for some users within the Admin Hub. Users may observe zero members incorrectly displayed for each permission type,

Current Update: 28/07/2026 02:45:00 AM – Accenture engineers are continuing to work with their 3rd party supplier to investigate the issue and identify a fix a soon as possible. Admins can perform updates to shared mailboxes via the Support Hub using “Manage mailbox owners and permissions” under the Administer section.
