Issue Description: Admins in Europe may have not seen Copilot Cowork reports in the expected timeframe in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

More Info: Reports for July 15, 2026 and beyond weren’t showing up in the Microsoft 365 admin center as expected.

Final Update: 20/07/2026 10:42:00 AM – Microsoft has developed and deployed a fix to refresh the delayed telemetry reports and confirmed through monitoring service health telemetry that Copilot Cowork reports are viewable as expected in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Scope of impact: This issue may have affected any admin in Europe attempting to view Cowork usage reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Root cause: Telemetry reports which were used to populate data for Cowork usage reports were delayed, resulting in stale usage data being displayed.

Next steps: Microsoft is reviewing the impacted telemetry reporting data to understand what caused the delays, so that we can prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
