Description: We are aware of an issue whereby Local Admins may be unable to view complete certain administrative functions.

Final Update: 20/07/2026 16:30 PM – The backlog of tasks that accumulated during the period of degradation has now been fully cleared. All administrative functions are operating as expected and no further impact has been reported by end users. This incident is now considered resolved and no further updates will be issued.

The following functions were most notably impacted during the incident:

Mailbox permission changes
User updates
Mark As Joiner / Leaver
User creation
Update User
Role assignment (including Admin Permissions)
