Issue Description: Admins may not see any consumption or charges being recorded for their PAYG Copilot subscription.

Current Update: 17/07/2026 08:59:00 AM – Microsoft has identified a recent service change affecting the portion of infrastructure responsible for recording and communicating the consumption data for PAYG Copilot subscriptions. As a result, the call requests that calculate consumption aren’t completing as expected. They are deploying a fix to correct this issue and are monitoring their service health telemetry for recovery.

Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to view consumption and charges for their PAYG Copilot subscription may be impacted. This information may be updated as their investigation continues.

Root cause: A recent service change to the portion of infrastructure responsible for recording and communicating the consumption data for PAYG Copilot subscriptions is preventing the call requests that calculate the consumption from completing as expected.
