Issue Description: Users receive a connection error when attempting to save a flow.

Final Update: 08/07/2026 09:09:00 AM: Microsoft has completed the manual update process for the affected flows, and, after a period of service health diagnostics analysis, they have confirmed that save functionality for desktop flows has been restored.

Root cause: A feature that was enabled in a recent service update contained a configuration regression that led to impact.

Next steps: Microsoft is reviewing their update procedures to better identify similar issues during our development and testing cycles.
