Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: Users may be unable to manage custom Microsoft Graph connectors in Copilot.

More info: Affected users are unable to open or edit connectors as crawl attempts fail with error 1015 and 3191.

Current Update: 07/07/2026 09:32:00 AM – Due to unforeseen delays in the rollout process, deployment of the fix has taken longer than originally anticipated. They have now deployed the fix and are monitoring its propagation as it continues to rollout across the affected environment. They anticipate deployment to complete by Friday, July 10, 2026.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users attempting to manage custom Microsoft Graph connectors in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
