Service Information – Copilot Studio agents created or published in non‑Copilot Studio Power Platform environments will no longer function

Service Information: Copilot Studio agents are only supported in designated Copilot Studio environments. Any agents that have been created or published in standard Power Platform environments (non‑Copilot Studio environments) are not supported and will stop working.

This change will impact any existing agents running in non‑Copilot Studio environments.

What do I need to do?

If you require a Copilot Studio agent, please submit a request for a Copilot Studio environment. For information on prerequisites and the request process, refer to the support page.
