Issue Description: Users are intermittently disconnected from Windows 365.

Final Update: 29/06/2026 09:58:00 AM – Microsoft has confirmed through their period of monitoring that their efforts to rebalance the traffic flow in the impacted infrastructure was successful and that their actions resolved this issue.

Scope of impact: Your organisation was affected by this event, and users who attempted to connect to Windows 365 were intermittently disconnected.

Root cause: Traffic flow issues placed strain on service infrastructure performance that subsequently impacted gateway access for users, which resulted in connection failures and this impact.

Next Steps: Microsoft is analysing the traffic flow issues to determine how best to bolster the service in an effort to avoid impact such as this in the future.
