Issue Description: Users were unable to add a Copilot Studio agent in the Microsoft Teams web client.

More info: Affected users received a “Bad request” error when attempting to add the Copilot Studio agent in the Teams web client.

Final Update: 26/06/2026 09:17:00 AM –Microsoft has completed a reversion of the recent service update, removing the metadata identified as causing validation failures during the agent installation process. Their validation results show that previously affected installation requests are now completing successfully. They have confirmed after a period of monitoring service health and reviewing customer validation, that impact has been remediated and normal functionality has been restore.
