Current Update: 24/06/2026 10:11:00 AM – Microsoft has investigated a problem in which users may not have been able to encrypt content, acquire encryption licenses, or open encrypted content in multiple services, and we confirmed that service is now restored. They will provide additional information in a closure summary within the “History” section of the “Service health” dashboard shortly.
