Issue Summary: Intune OneDrive Sync Issue

Description: We are aware of an issue preventing OneDrive file syncing on Windows 365 devices managed via Intune on the platform.

Current Update: 04/06/2026 10:00:00AM – We have received reports of an issue relating to the use of W365 devices on the platform and their inability to sync their OneDrive files. Investigations are underway with our Intune engineering team to understand the root cause and determine the follow up actions required to remedy the situation as soon as possible.

The impact identified is that end users will not be able to sync files and folders between their Windows 365 Cloud PC device and One Drive currently. Newly created files will not be synced to OneDrive either.

OneDrive for web continues to work as expected and is accessible via your browser as a workaround to gain access to any urgent or critical files.
