Description: We are aware of a transient issue resulting in delays with some specific Coreview Admin Hub workflow features.

Final Update: 02/06/2026 17:00:00 – Following a period of extended monitoring with zero recurrence of the issue, we are closing this ticket.

The root cause of this issue was caused by a queue build-up resulting from a high volume of bulk activities related to Copilot licensing, sync processes, and mailbox delegations running on the platform. During this period, although accessing CoreView and general platform performance were not affected, and native management actions continued to process immediately as expected, some workflows were completing with a delay of approximately 20–30 minutes compared to the usual processing time.
