Issue Description: Some users are unable to load or refresh Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics reports in Power BI

Current Update: 13/05/2026 08:40:00 AM–Microsoft are working to validate their hypothesis of the root cause and a potential fix in our internal testing environment before deploying it. In parallel, they are continuing their investigation into the root cause and additional mitigation option plans.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and some users located in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America attempting to load or refresh Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics reports in Power BI are impacted.
