Issue Description: Users were unable to access your environment.
Current Update: 11/05/2026 12:40:00 PM– Failover of the affected storage infrastructure has completed. Following a period of monitoring, Microsoft confirmed via service health diagnostics that users can access your environment.
Preliminary Root Cause: A high resource utilization within a portion of database infrastructure supporting access to Dataverse environment.
Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their code for improved performance and potential automated recovery options to reduce or avoid similar issues in the future.
