Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users may be unable to view analytics for SharePoint Online sites.

More info: Specifically, when attempting to view site analytics data, the page rendered but analytics data may not have been populated.

Final Update: 30/04/2026 08:55:00 AM–After completing our rollback of the impacting configuration change, we’ve confirmed through service health telemetry that errors associated with impact have ceased and the issue is fully remediated.

Scope of impact: This issue may have affected any user attempting to view analytics for SharePoint Online sites.

Root cause: : A recent configuration change has introduced an error in the code, resulting in impact.

Next steps: Microsoft are reviewing our change testing and validation procedures to identify how impact was missed and better prevent similar future occurrences.
