Information – NHS App Login Issues

Symptom: End users have reported issues when trying to log into the NHS App on phones and tablets.

User Impact: End users trying to log into the NHS App are receiving a screen that reads “We could not log you in” and then states “This may be a temporary problem. You can go back and try logging in again.”

Please note that the NHS App falls outside the scope of our support. We are unable to investigate, troubleshoot or resolve issues relating to the NHS App directly. End users experiencing this issue should contact NHS App support for assistance.
