Important Intune service degradation – Recurrence of Devices screen access issue

Dear Local Administrator,

We are currently investigating a recurrence of a previously reported Intune service degradation, again preventing the Devices screen from loading.

This issue was last observed on Monday 20th April and has reoccurred today, Wednesday 22nd April.

You may be presented with a “Something went wrong” error when attempting to access the Devices blade.

We are working with Microsoft to investigate this.

Live Service are working with Microsoft to investigate the reoccurrence of this service degradation and to understand the underlying cause and expected resolution timeframe.
